We arrange trips to provide participants with firsthand experiences of the cultural, historical, and social contexts of the region. These trips are centred around dialogue and understanding, promoting peace.

1. From news to reality: fostering a mutual understanding of local ground realities in Israel and Palestine

 The trip is designed to empower and inspire public- and civil society actors, equipping them with an understanding of ground realties in Israel and Palestine through first hand dialogues and encounters. 

During this trip, the fellows will have the opportunity to delve deep into various cultural, social, and community issues, identifying key topics and initiatives that resonate with the diverse areas they represent.

OKS’s goal is to equip the fellows with the knowledge, insights, and connections necessary to foster meaningful cultural dialogue and collaboration within their local communities. By the end of this journey, the fellows will be well-prepared to work towards fostering intercultural dialogue and inclusiveness in their local societies.

2. Social Voices: Engaging with Community Life in Israel and Palestine

This trip focuses on understanding the social dynamics and community life in Israel and Palestine. Participants will engage with local communities, visit social initiatives, and participate in dialogues with community leaders to gain insight into the everyday experiences and social challenges faced by people in the region.

3. Cultural Tapestry: Exploring the Artistic Heritage of Israel and Palestine

This trip provides participants with an immersive experience in the rich artistic traditions of Israel and Palestine. The itinerary focuses on exploring the artistic heritage through visits to museums, galleries, and cultural centers, promoting cross-cultural understanding and dialogue through art.
